Day 01: Manado (North Sulawesi) -
Arrival
Upon arrival at Sam Ratulangi airport of North Sulawesi (Manado), our
local staff will meet and greet you at the airport and then transfer to
your hotel. Afterward beginning with the city sightseeing. Dinner and
overnight stay at the hotel.
Day 02: Manado - Bunaken Island
Breakfast at the hotel, aboard diving boat leaving for Bunaken
"paradise for all the divers". Your day will be with diving
and snorkeling. Lunch provided. Return at hotel, dinner and overnight.
Day 03: Tangkoko Nature Reserve
After breakfast at the hotel our day will visit Tangkoko the Nature
reserve. We be with nature explore it. Meals provided. In the afternoon
return at hotel. Dinner and overnight at hotel.
Day 04 : Minahasa Highland
This is a combination of scenic and historic tours,
breathing the fresh air and enjoying the beautiful panorama of the hilly
and mountainous area. Tomohon, a windy and cool city, famous for its
flowers,volcanoes,Lake Linow the sulphur lake and changing-color lake.
Japanese Cave of Kawangkoan,Pulutan village where the people make
pottery a home industry in the traditional way. Tondano lake with its
Goldfish farming and woloan village, where the people make Minahasa-style
house. All meals included.
Day 05 : Manado Dumoga Bone national park ( B.L.D
)
Breakfast at the hotel, you will be led to enter the Dumoga Bone
National Park. Please kindly give your attention on local orientation
for the exploration. Our guide will be with you in the trip. All meals
provided
Day 06 : Manado - Gorontato
After breakfast at the hotel, we will depart for Gorontalo with visiting
Limboto Lake, Otanha fortress, Gorontalonese embroidery. All meals
provided. Overnight at hotel.
Day 07 : Gorontalo - Moutong
Breakfast served at your hotel in Gorontalo and then we drive for
Moutang passing through the equator line monument at the Siney village.
In the afternoon, we arrive at Moutong, check in at your simple
accommodation for overnight. All meals provided.
Day 08 : Mountong - Poso - Tentena ( B.L.D )
Breakfast at hotel. We depart from Moutong heading for Poso and Tentena.
Some stops will be made on the way. All meals provided.
Day 09 :
Tentena - Pendolo
Breakfast at the accommodation in Tentena and visiting Salopa waterfall ,
Bacea orchid park, Lake Poso. All meals provided.
Day 10: Pendolo - Rantepao/Toraja Land
Breakfast hotel in Pendolo and the depart for Rantepao of Toraja Land
via Palopo district, Mangkutana, Wotu and Masamba. Upon arrival at the
Toraja Land we will check in at your hotel.
Day 11 : Toraja Tour
Breakfast at hotel. Full day visiting :
the stone grave with tau-tau installed on
a high cliff balcony overlooking the green
valley of the Toraja at LEMO, The royal
family tombs at SUAYA. and then we
continue on to royal family tombs at SUAYA.
We shall then make a easy walk to see a
giant-tree made as burial site for a new
born-baby who died before teething at
KAMBIRA
After Lunch, we drive to The traditional
carving village at KETE KESU, Natural
burial cave at LONDA. The typical village
at NANGGALA with 16 rice-barns standing in
a raw as a sign of their wealthy status in
Toraja community. Then continue on to
visit the ancient house-grave at MARANTE
village. Late afternoon back to hotel for overnight
and dinner.
Day
12 : Toraja Tour
Breakfast at hotel. Full day visiting ;
the Traditional Toraja village with full
buffalo horns in front of their houses at
PALAWA, Traditional weaving village at
SA'DAN, and the ancient Megalithic stone
at BORI. Lunch will be served at local
restaurant on the slope of Mount Sesean
where you can also
enjoy the terraced rice-fields with a
fascinating mountainous view at
BATUTUMONGA, After lunch, take a small
trek from LOKOMATA to PANA and will be
picked at the other side of the village at
TIKALA then we transfer you back
to hotel for overnight and dinner.
Note
: A traditional funeral
ceremony which can be reached by foot will
be included within two days Toraja tour. A
typical torajan local fruits & live
stuff market can also be visited during
your two days tour in
Toraja Land.
Day
13 :
Toraja
- Sengkang
Breakfast at hotel.
Leaving Toraja Land for Sengkang via
Palopo. Lunch
enroute at local restaurant. Arrive
in Sengkang. Check-in to hotel for
overnight and dinner.
Day
14 : Sengkang
- Lake Tempe - Makasar
After
breakfast at hotel. Visting
Lake TEMPE to see the way of
life of those who live at
the lakeside with some of
them having their floating
houses on it. Visiting the
traditional silk weaving
villagers who make Silk
Sarong "The Buginese
Skirt. Lunch
enoute at Local restaurant.
And proceed to Makassar (UjungPandang)
for overnight stay and
dinner.
Day 15 : Sengkang - Bone - Bira
After breakfast, depart to Bone drive along the Bugis and Makassar village
see the lifestyle and their culture. In the
afternoon reach Tanjung Bira. Overnight stay at
hotel in Tanjung Bira.
Day 16 : Bira
Full day excursion in Bulukumba to visit
the Ship-Builder at Tana Beru village
afternoon leisure at White sandy beach in Bira.
Day 17 : Tanjung Bira - Makasar
After breakfast, transfer to Makasar continue
with the city sightseeing.
Overnight stay at hotel in Makasar
Day
18 : Makasar - Airport
After
breakfast at hotel. All day
free at leisure then in the
afternoon transfer to Airport for your next
destination.
