Deposits

A deposit of 25% from the total package is required at the time when your booking is confirmed by the Komodotours.com team We will enclose our billing details or our billing statement together with the confirmation statement.

Komodotours.com accepts payment by credit card (Visa & Master Card)

Print the payment form, fill it up with all required information and signed.

Fax the form after duly signed to our office at 62 361 465316 together with a copy of your passport

Komodotours.com will add 3% from the total amount of our billing when transaction using credit card for either visa or master. The additional amount of 3% will automatically goes to the bank for their service charge.

You will be advise if we require additional information or for some reason your card may be declined.

Final Payment

The balance of your tour price completing full payment must reach Komodotours.com no later than 30 days prior to the commenced of your tour. If for any reason your balance payment is not received by us by the due date, as set out above, we reserve the right to treat your booking as cancelled and apply the appropriate cancellation changes.

If you have sent the payment form to our office, we will remain you - whether we can use the payment form that you sent for deposit or may have to get sent from you.
