the payment form, fill it up with all
required information and signed.

Fax
the form after duly signed to our office at
62 361 282694 together with a copy of your
passport

will add 3% from the total amount of our
billing when transaction using credit card
for either visa or master. The additional
amount of 3% will automatically goes to the
bank for their service charge.

will be advise if we require additional
information or for some reason your card may
be declined.

Final
Payment

The
balance of your tour price completing full
payment must reach Komodotours.com no later
than 30 days prior to the commenced of your
tour. If for any reason your balance payment
is not received by us by the due date, as
set out above, we reserve the right to treat
your booking as cancelled and apply the
appropriate cancellation changes.

you have sent the payment form to our
office, we will remain you - whether we can
use the payment form that you sent for
deposit or may have to get sent from you.
