30 minutes journey by local outrigger boat from
Bangsal harbor, on Lombok's north west coast, is
Gili Meno. This delightful island offers a
quite, peaceful environment for those who enjoy
swimming, snorkeling, or just soaking up the
sun.

short swim off the beach will give you a
magnificent view of Gili Meno's underwater
scenery and if you are lucky you can find the
rare formation known as Blue Coral.

free-standing wooden cottages, which have a
minimum impact on the environment. They have a
small balcony, air-conditioning and private
facilities with cold water only. Although the
facilities are basic, (some might even say
