TOUR ITINERARY

Day 01 : Bali - Labuan Bajo - Rinca
We will pick you up from your hotel in Bali and transfer to the airport. Depart from Bali by domestic flight for Labuan Bajo located in of West Flores island. Upon your arrival you will be welcomed and met by our local staff and direct transfer to Bajo harbour to catch a boat cross to Rinca island. Lunch will be provided. We arrive at Rinca after boating about 2 hours proceeding with hiking to see the activities of komodo dragon for the whole afternoon. All meals provided and accommodation on board.

Day 02 : Rinca - Komodo - Pink Beach - Labuan Bajo
We are slowly moving from Rinca to Komodo island, while enjoying sunrise and breakfast on board, again we begin our trek and hike through the tropical dry forest to explore the Komodo dragon at Komodo island. While entering the park, please keep your look at any directions as sometimes you will also find young komodo dragon hanging over the trees. A local ranger will lead you during the trek. We return on board for relax and lunch before proceed to Pink Beach for a beautiful beach, spectacular snorkel site. In the afternoon return to Labuan Bajo. On your arrival, transfer to the hotel for dinner and overnight stay.

Day 03 : Labuan Bajo - Denpasar - Yogyakarta
After breakfast, short city sightseeing to visit the old stone fossil at Mirror cave, local market will be made before transferred to the airport for your flight to Denpasar. On your arrival proceed to transit gate to connect your flight leave for Yogyakarta. Upon arrival transfer to your hotel.

Day 04 : Yogyakarta - Pangkalan Bun - Kumai - Camp Leakey
Early morning drive from Yogyakarta to Semarang for about 3.5hours. Upon arrival at the airport of Semarang check in depart to Pangkalan Bun of central Borneo. Fly from Semarang to Pangkalan Bun with a small commercial flight service. Upon arrival at Pangkalan Bun Airport you will be picked up by our local staff transfer to Kumai aboard local boat for the park. The boat is a traditional Klotok wooden river boat about 12m by 2m with a roof which forms the upper deck where you can view the rain forest as it glides by. On the wayup stop at Tanjung Harapan Rehabilitation center for exceptive orangutan. If time permitted we will have an opportunity to see feeding time at 15.00. In the peaceful afternoon we will slowly explore the quite river by the klotok while observe the monkeys along the riverside. Dinner and overnight on the board or stay at Rimba Eco Lodge.

Day 05 : Camp Leakey Park - Pondok Tangguy - (Boat/Lodge)
After breakfast aboard the klotok or local boat to travel up river for about 2½ hours boating and then up a side creek to Camp Leakey where the older orangutans  are reintroduced into the rain forest and also known as research center for Orangutan. On the up stop at Pondok Tanggui to see morning feeding time for ex-captive orangutan. Lunch then take short hike at the forest until the time to witness feeding time at 14.00 pm for old rehabilitation orangutan given additional foods. Overnight on the boat or at Rimba Lodge.

Day 06 : Pondok Tangguy - Berguruh - Tanjung Harapan - Boat/Lodge
After breakfast board or at the rimba lodge. to travel up the river for Pondok Tanguy, the rehabilitation center for the new ex-captive orangutans, see feeding time at 09.00am. Afterward continuing the trips by visiting reforestation center of Pesalat. You can see the process of reforestation to abandoned forest fire. Take this opportunity to high around pesalat area to observe wildlife. Afterward visit at Tanjung Harapan Rehabilitation center for orangutan and witness feeding time for rehabilitan orangutan at 15.00. Afternoon visit Tanjung Harapan village sight seeing around the village or you might enjoy canoing at the small river front of village, ( depend to the water level ). During night while having dinner on the boat, cruise down the river at Nipa Palm Mangrove to enjoy fireflies along the river bank. Overnight on the boat or at Rimba Lodge.

Day 07 : Kumai - Pangkalan Bun - Yogyakarta
Breakfast on board or at the lodge, in the morning free for leisure surrounded by peaceful green natural forest till time to transfer to Kumai then to Pangkalan Bun airport for flight to Semarang. On arrival transfer to your hotel Yogyakarta with excurion visit Borobudur temple enroute. All meals provided.

Day 08 : Yogyakarta - Denpasar Bali
Breakfast at the hotel, depart for an excursion visit Yogyakarta city, Malioboro, Prambanan temple. All meals provided. In afternoon transfer to the airport for your return to Bali .
