Carefully integrated
within terraced rice
fields festooned
with mature coconut
trees, the Villa
Imogiri estate
comprises five
primary
Balinese-style
pavilions,
brilliantly designed

Accommodations
The
Imperial Villa
exceeds 115 square
meter and has a wide
private balcony for
alfresco dining,
entertaining or just
relaxing, set against
the dramatic
back-drop of the
emerald green canyon
and river below.
Entering through
carved mahogany
doors inlaid with
mother-of-pearl, one
immediately admires
this stylishly
furnished residence.
The villa offers
space in abundance
with numerous
relaxing areas,
decorated in exotic
woods, Javanese
marble flooring and
crowned by 6.5 meter
ceilings.
The two thatched
roof guest villas
exceed 85 square
meters and are
constructed of the
finest materials
featuring paras
stone, marble
floors, exotic
woods, 6.5 meter
ceilings and windows
spanning the
surrounding water
gardens. The villas
contain four-poster
king-size beds
fitted with
luxurious linen;
sumptuously
appointed bathrooms
with semi sunken
tubs and showers
complete with gold
fixture; a dressing
room with double
vanity basins
fashioned in
mother-of-pearl,
original artworks,
air conditioning,
ceiling fan and an
armoire containing
39 channel digital
satellite TV, VCD/CD

The front of the
villas feature
sliding glass walls
set behind
adjustable louvered
shutters, which
overlook the
reflecting ponds,
swimming pool and
canyon. The northern
side of the Imperial
Villa features a
sliding wall set
behind adjustable
shutters, allowing
additional access
and views across the
swimming pool. The
grandly appointed
Imperial bathroom
features a
semi-sunken tub and
shower complete with
gold fixtures and
double vanity basins
fashioned in
mother-of-pearl. A
sliding glass wall
opens onto a second
open-air private
bathroom installed
within a beautiful
Balinese garden
setting.
The Imperial Villa
offers exceptional
panoramas by the
3,000 meter volcanic
Mt. Agung, Bali's
most sacred mountain
that lies 65
kilometers to the
east.

The
Japanese-inspired
'floating' dining
pavilion on the
swimming pool level
seats 10 and is
serviced by private
access from our
modern equipped
kitchen. The dining
pavilion is perfect
for formal dining,
casual meals or our
famous poolside
barbecues. Our
internationally
trained kitchen
staff offer a
diverse range of
artfully presented
dishes from our
Continental and
Asian menu,
complimented by our
extensive wine list.
Created
after the style of
the great water
palaces of Bali, the
architecturally
designed estate
features three
luxury guest villas.
Two villas are
located at either
end of the imposing
thatched roof lounge
pavilion that spans
the full width of
the property. This
building is
surrounded by water
and appears to be
'floating' on a 850
square meter
reflecting pond
adorned with
colorful lotus
blossoms.
From this central
level, water
cascades down
terraces thee meter
to the lower level
which features a
breathtaking lipless
swimming pool and a
unique
Japanese-inspired
dining pavilion that
also 'floats' on a
smaller reflecting
pond. The Imperial
Villa is located on
the swimming pool
level and partially
cantilevered, so as
to the fully embrace
the spectacular
canyon panorama.
Below the swimming
pool level one finds
a beautiful garden,
Balinese temple and
a hiking trail
leading to the river
