comprehensive personal and baggage travel insurance to cover any
eventuality, including charges should you have to cancel your holidays

ITINERARIES
Cruise itineraries are
subject to change due to sea and weather conditions, availability of safe
anchorages, government regulations and other factors. The cruise company
reserves the right to substitute vessel of similar standard when
operational requirement demand.

HEALTH
All cruise expeditions are
for persons in reasonable good health. The passengers should not have any
physical disabilities or other conditions that would create a hazard to
him/herself, the cruise company or to other passengers. The cruise
company reserves the right NOT to accept any person whose mental or
physical conditions or general behavior hinder the operation of the
cruise or affects the rights, welfare, or enjoyment of other cruise
passengers.

RESPONSIBILITIES
The responsibility of the
cruise company and/or its agent, is limited. They act only in the capacity
of an agent for passengers in all matters connected with transportation or
any damage, injury or loss resulting from any cause. Baruna can not be
responsible for any extra costs or losses resulting from any damage,
expense or inconvenience caused by delayed or cancelled transportations
service, changes of flight schedules, strikes or other conditions beyond
Baruna's control. If any cruise is withdrawn prior to sailing date,
Baruna's liability is limited to refund the monies received at time of
cancellation

WHAT TO WEAR
Dress on board is very
casual. Passengers are advised to dress modestly during village visits.
For nature walks, bring several sets of lightweight shirts and long
trousers. The tropical sun is intense so be sure to bring a hat and a pair
of shoes for trekking is a must. Bring also at least pair of sport shoes
that you won't mind getting wet for zodiac landings and exploring local
reefs.

MEDICATIONS
The vessel does not
carry doctor. It's recommend to bring spare personal medications or
optical wear.
